Mirka Novak, a multi-faceted artist from the Czech Republic, embodies the essence of versatility in the realm of music. Renowned as a vocalist, performer, and vocal coach, she also holds the position of CEO of a singing school that she founded in Pilsen.

Her musical journey has taken her across borders, with regular visits to the USA, where she collaborates with acclaimed musicians, such as Federico Gonzalez Pena and Tarus Mateen, enriching her skills and leaving a mark on international stages.

In 2018, her wealth of experiences led her to a pivotal moment as a motivational speaker on the prestigious TEDx Talks. Notably, she took on the role of coaching the Czech representative Aiko for the Eurovision competition in 2024, further enforcing her influence in the music industry.

In 2022, Mirka unveiled her debut album “Malbum” under the esteemed Slovak label Hevhetia. This groundbreaking work, crafted using a loop station, serves as a testament to her exploration of authenticity and self-expression through music. As a member of the ensemble HLASkontraBAS Oktet, Mirka embarked on an artistic journey to Iceland, supported by the EEA and Norway Grants. This two-week residency bore fruit with the recording of yet another album, “Kaleidoscapes,” under the most famous Czech publishing house, Animal Music. This album was nominated for the prestigious Czech music award Andel in the jazz category in 2024.

In 2024, Mirka, together with pianist Kristina Barta, opened the concert of newly crowned Grammy Award winner Nicole Zuraitis (Best Vocal Jazz Album) at the Antonín Dvořák Hall in Plzeň.
